The process solution sketches below generally reflect automated system operation, but nearly all Pigging Solutions systems can be designed for manual or semi-manual operation instead. Often we can also upgrade existing manual systems to automated operation at a later date and provide stand-alone PLC control for automated pigging system operation.

All pigging systems are available in all common steel pipe sizes, schedules, and materials of construction, including sanitary tubing with heavy duty sanitary connection fittings, and designed to perform in the chemical and thermal environments to which they will be subjected.
