The Pigging Solutions Relax T-Port Valve is a special piggable design to accomodate targeted discharge points along a common transfer line.
When the targeted discharge point is further down the transfer line, all Relax T-Port Valves prior to the discharge point are oriented in pass-thru position and provide smooth passage of the pig without hang-up.The Pigging Solutions Relax T-Port Valve is a cost-effective method of product recovery pigging to any of several discharge points along a common transfer line. The special piggable 3-way design is such that the pig is detected and stopped as it enters the valve thus allowing the product to drain fully into the tank or line below. Incorporated into the valve are pig sensors to detect the arrival of the pig and a relax chamber to allow the compressed pig wiper disc to relax and reorient for the pig's return to the launcher.
